It enables in-line 2D and 3D point UV varnishing, hot embossed foiling, punching and cutting. It offers a speed of up to 42 m/min and the ability to create different thicknesses up to 232 microns for a tactile and embossed effect.   And also automatic corrections of the varnish application due to possible skewing, stretching, contractions and shifts of the pre-printed image directly online while the machine is running using the MGI artificial intelligence Smartscanner take our options for refining the finished production to a higher level.
